Have you ever had one of those days where it just doesn’t go your way?  You try everything, you play exactly by the book of blackjack strategy, you follow all your instinct, you bet according to what cards you have, you do nothing crazy and keep your emotions under control, but every time your hand is beaten.

It happens, thats life!

I have many days like that and I have learnt to be philosophical about them - you have your good days and you have your bad days, some things go up and some things go down - sometimes your luck is good and sometimes its just plain bad luck.

The important thing is to not get too hung up on it and to carry on.  If we all dwell on the bad things in life, we wont get anywhere, it is far better to deal with the bad things then put them aside and carry on with life.

If you want to gamble, you have to face the fact that there is also an element of luck and that luck may not always go your way.  The trick is to reduce the element of luck!
